Effective practice activities are an essential part of the language learning process and you use a bank of activities to help sustain and monitor the progress of learners.
This short e-learning unit explores the wider development of effective practice activities in MFL lessons and to identify the key features of good practice.
In using this unit you will develop greater confidence in:
- identifying and sequencing appropriate core practice activities
- broadening the range of supporting activities to make practice more effective.
Learners will be better able to apply what they have learned with more freedom and confidence, thereby moving from guided, scaffolded practice activities to more independent practice and authentic use of the target language.
