Throughout the rest of this unit we will look in detail at a real school and their data in order to illustrate good practice across a range of settings. We have renamed this school Crossmouth School, and have renamed individual children when their data is analysed on an individual basis.

Crossmouth School is a rural, median primary school with above-average levels of attainment. We will use their data to investigate real issues in a real life context. Obviously, as we analyse this data and go through different tasks, you may apply any of these to your own school with your own data.
